Do You Think I'm Tex-y?

When reading other posts about the Texas collection from other bloggers a lot have described Do You Think I'm Tex-y? as a berry shade which I have to disagree with. At least my bottle and when it's on my nails, it looks very pink. It looks especially pink when you compare it with a purple nail polish like Houston We Have A Purple from the same collection. Ignoring what type of shade it really is, the colour itself is lovely and a bit different to other nail polishes I have. I also think it suits my skin tone pretty well.

Application

The formula of this polish, along with a lot of the others from this collection, are very thin and watery. I tend to call them jelly polishes, but OPI also call them sorbet nail polishes. No matter how many coats you apply, they're never going to look completely opaque. You can use a milky ridge filler as your base coat which does help to make them look a little more opaque. For a polish that is meant to be thin, it's not streaky and applies very nicely.
