Stone Cold

The colour and finish of Stone Cold couldn't be more suited to the name and district. I think it's my favourite out of the whole Hunger Games collection. It is a very dark grey, almost black, base and is packed full of silver shimmer. It dries down to a matte finish which makes the shimmer look quite subtle. Just add a top coat though and the sparkles come to life.

Application

Stone Cold has one of the best formulas I've come across and I've tired a lot of nail polishes! It has quite a thick consistency and I only ever need one coat for it to be opaque. It goes on incredibly smoothly and is a dream to apply. Since it has a matte finish it dries extremely quickly.
