I haven't written a Sunday Pamper post for a while. In fact, looking back now, it was almost a year ago! I've still been having pamper evenings during that year but for some reason I just hadn't blogged about the products I was using. Maybe I felt like I was just using the same products over and over again so there wasn't much point in showing them, I've no idea. I'm back though and I'm going to try and make this at least a monthly feature although I would like to do this fortnightly.

Recently my hair hasn't been feeling very clean even just after I've washed it so I took the plunge and bought the Bumble And Bumble Sunday Shampoo a month or two ago. I try not to use it every time I wash my hair as I don't want to dry my hair out even more than it already is so I save it for these pamper nights. It really does help to take away product build up but it doesn't irritate my sensitive scalp which I was slightly scared about. I have to be so careful with what shampoos I use but luckily so far, this is working a treat. To add in any moisture that has been lost I'll follow up with this hair mask from Oribe. The full size is incredibly expensive but I picked a sample of it with one of my Space NK orders which I was really pleased about. I'm hoping to get two uses out of this sachet so I'm sure I'll report back on how it works in a PSUP post.

While my bath is running and after I've added in some Fresh Fig Honey Bath I'll use the Mio Body Brush as a first step of exfoliation. Not only does it get rid of dead skin, it also helps to increase circulation, remove toxins and improve cellulite. You brush in small strokes towards your heart, starting at your feet, and it really helps to wake you up if you do it in the morning. While in the bath I'm going to carry on reading The Girl On The Train. No spoilers please, I'm only on page thirty-six!

My skin has been quite irritated recently which I think is down to too much chocolate and stress, which means more chocolate! To soothe my skin I'll be using the oatmeal mask from FAB which really helps with my eczema. To relax me before bed I'll be following my At Home Manicure routine which I posted about the other day.

  1. I also suffer from a sensitive scalp and have always been to scared to try the Sunday shampoo, but I think I might take the plunge after reading this!

    1. You should definitely try it! I know you can get mini versions of some of their products in Boots, I wonder if they do a travel size of it? Would be a good way to try it properly without buying the full size :) xx

  2. Always been tempted to try the Bumble & Bumble Sunday shampoo so it's great to hear it works OK with your sensitive scalp as I have the same issue. Think I'll give it a go! :) x
