Used strawberries, physalis (pictured), grapes and cherries. Definitely one of my favourite things to make and eat!

002 Read the latest Sookie Stackhouse book at the beginning of the week and I have to say I was a bit disappointed. It seemed like the whole book was rushed. Hoping the next one will be better but don't want to have to wait a year to read it!

003 Also read Blue Bloods by Melissa De La Cruz. It's a easy and quick read, the perfect holiday book. I finished it in two days. It's another book about vampires but it's different from Twilight or True Blood. I also like that it's a series, hate it when a book finishes but you want to know/read more. I've ordered the next couple from the series to read as well.

004 Now reading Marked, the first book in the A House Of Night series. And yes, another Vampire book! I got 3 vampire books from different authors in a set last Christmas but have only just got round to reading them. Once again, a completely different take on vampires. Almost like a vampire version of Hogwarts! I'm half way through and I really like it so far. As you can see I'm a bit of a book geek but I go through phases of reading and not reading. Definitely obsessed with reading at the moment! Lucky as I have so many unread books!

005 Today was the yearly Hope Street Feast here in Liverpool! The weather was perfect, with only one spell of rain, the street was full and busy. I'm currently eating some fudge and had a homemade banoffee ice cream while I was there. This was actually my first time going, not sure why I hadn't been the years before?!

What have you been up to this week?
