@Lauren Loves, luckily they weren't! I bought them on a groupon offer, yeah I only paid like £3 but I still expect the same service as if I bought them full price :) xxx
It shouldn't matter whether you bought them with a Groupon voucher or not (I think its actually in the t&c's that the retailer can't discriminate with the actual product - they can do fixed menus, but thats stated on the voucher) Thats really rubbish though, it looks like they're not packaged properly. I've had cupcakes come in the post before, each one individually wrapped and packed tightly - all looked perfect!
@Hayley, yeah the cupcakes just don't fit into the little circle slots at all so no wonder they got bashed up. Going to email the company later on :) xxx
They should never let this happen, regardless of the price paid. It's the service they promise not the monetary value. I'd definitely say to name and shame on your post. Good business would NEVER like a slip like this go unjustified or uncompensated.
